At Murdock, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Murdock account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned beauty products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
